A Fear Faced

Experience shows that exercise can provide the courage to overcome fear. When we exercise, we push ourselves physically and emotionally. A voice inside us may say, "Give up, I'm tired", but we choose to listen to the voice that says "Keep going, you can do it". We achieve much more than better physical health when we participate in yoga, jogging, biking, swimming, group exercise, or jumping rope. We achieve the courage because a fear faced is a fear erased.
